there was an episode of animal planet on this past week that i'm trying to get my hands on...
it's called:
Episode 2: Meet the Elite Part 2
Two armed men are on the run. Officer John Buchmeier and K9 Andy are hard on their heels. The suspects go to ground but they can't escape the K9 Cops. K9 Andy won't give up until he's found his man. Plus, there's a dramatic raid when shots are fired on the East side of St Paul. An apartment must be searched; Officer Rob Vetsch and K9 Charlie take the lead. Going in first they risk their lives to make sure they find the gunman, before it's too late. And when a convenience store is robbed the suspect runs from the police. In the pitch black the patrol cars lose him but K9 Deuce won't give up that easily.
thought someone out here might have digitally recorded it, or likewise, b/c it was in st. paul? anyone?

This isnt a absentee question, thats a separate issue but you can certainly comment too if thats what youre doing!
I wasnt sure who I wanted to vote for until this past week and now I think I am positive on it. Although I would like the thrill of voting on election day, it would also be nice to get it out of the way for our officials...
I have never voted early, if you have please comment about it! Do they send you a ballot? Do you go get one yourself? Do you have time to fill it out at home and mail it in or how does that work?
THANK YOU.

My stepdaughter is looking for manic-panic level red hair dye with blonde and black paneling. Totally outside the realm of MY stylist! Who can I send her to?
Thanks in advance.

The Frau used to direct beautiful films for a fascist government... Now she's trying to make a film that's simply beautiful - the epic story of an Amazon queen who falls in love with Achilles on the Trojan battlefield. But when telegrams start to arrive from the Minister of Propaganda, The Frau can no longer ignore the real war outside her sound stage. A darkly comic look at the role of artists during wartime, inspired by the life and work of Leni Riefenstahl.

Can somebody recommend a good, not very expensive tailor here in Minneapolis?
2008-10-17 13:24:08
Can someone suggest a restaurant in downtown St. Paul that:
a) is sorta classy
b) but not too classy
c) is not too expensive
d) has a happy hour in the early evening on weekdays
e) or at least has reasonably priced drinks
f) serves at least some local food?
Cuisine doesn't matter, as we're adventurous.

Tomorrow will be the Zombie Pub Crawl.
It's a perfect time for this since Zombies do not have to worry about the economy, healthcare, or who to vote for (although you could come dressed as Paul Wellstone).
Check out the website for more details.

I was recently accepted for MinnesotaCare and now I have to choose a health plan. The choices I have are Medica, Metropolitan Health Plan, UCare and Health Partners. The only one I know for sure I am NOT choosing is Health Partners. The other three all are accepted at my primary doctor, therapist and psychiatrist. What would you recommend? I'm looking for one that would keep prescription costs and co-pays low (but I suppose I can look at the websites for that). I was just wondering if any of you have had any good or bad experiences with any of these?

I've never been to Trail of Terror www.trailofterrorfest.com/home.htm
Reviews? Fun? Lame? Something an adult could appreciate? For reference, I'm 30.
Thanks!
EDIT: I'm also wondering if it would make for a fun date.
